This is an All Levels workshop that will give you structural and practical tips and techniques to get you into supported headstand and handstand safely with proper alignment. Whether you are just curious about getting upside down for the first time or if you already have an inversion practice, this class will take you to the next level. There are many minute tips and adjustments that I will teach you that will completely transform your inversion practice. I will show you how to build the strength needed to succeed in these poses, give you cues to instantly enhance your poses, and teach you how to use props, walls, and friends to support your growing practice of headstands and handstands.
There are many reasons to practice inversions, including increased circulation and blood flood, detoxification of the body, help in remedying headaches and sinus problems, stimulation of the endocrine and nervous system, and more. Most of all, practicing inversions will boost your energy and confidence and combat your fear. Flip into a new perspective, learn to trust your self and your body, and step outside of your comfort zone!
